I am addicted to tapentadol I used to take 5-7 tablets a day.Now from past 5 days I am taking only 2 tablets before sleep for sleep purpose .now how can I quit these 2 tablets also.please suggest me something ...it will be your most kindness please

Tske 1.5 tablets fir 3 days, then 1 tablet for 3 days, then. 5 tablet for 3 days then stop.
