  3. Acute stomach ache. Own. please advise!

Acute stomach ache
My wife experienced acute stomach ache on 4 occasions in last 1 month. It lasted for few hours each time. We tried pudin hara, eno etc, but did not help. After 4-5 hours, the pain subsided on its own. Please advise

Relation with meals ? Ayurvedic drugs will not help get investigated with usg upper abdomen and medical treatment
