Acute funiculitus
22 year male Pain in Lt testis and lower abdomen before one month and consulted to surgeon and usg done acute funiculitus dx then following t/t taken Zifi-cv doxytetra chymoral But pain still remain plz suggest me what i do?

Scrotal support and symptomatic treatment to continue.for follow up to know the healing of funiculitis repeat follow up high resolution ultrasonography for bilateral testicular region and adenexa is recommended for follow up treatment along with urine examination routine and microscopic done.
