Acute bronchitis
Since last 12/13 days I could not recovered and even could not sleep due to coughing and phlegm . I started cephalexin 375 BD 4days back and one tab pending . I am taking steam therapy and also asthalin inhaler . But no recovery sign there. Can u pl help?

Hello.... If this is first episode its acute bronchitis if you had previous history it could be acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis, your smoking history play significant role role here. Signs of bronchitis include cough with sputum, fever , cyanosis, get a chest x ray , consult pulmonologist. Doctor may change antibiotics
