Acute bacterial prostatis
I am diabetic high bp my problem is burning sensation in penis after semen culture e.coli bacterial seem I have taken antibiotic one month but burning is continues urologist suggest me prostate operation.now prostate is36cc I want to know that after operation burning is gone or not please suggest me I am in very trouble please give me good suggestion my main problem is continue burning in penis

No one can guarantee....but I suggest you take proper antibiotic for 3months and abstain from sex till then..if still no relief, then we wl if surgery is required..
