Acne typ Swollen@Shoulder
Often happens (heritance) medium size acne (not Pimple type) around 1 inch swollen. But last time it grown bigger. Around 2-2.5 inch. I took medicines for 1 week. And then popped out and skin healed after few dressings. And At last day of dressing, i saw another same type HARD skin 1cm below.

This looks like furunculosis. This is not acne. This is a severe hair follicles infection by a bacterial infection called staphylococcus. This condition may be recurring as the bacteria makes you the host. You will need oral antibiotics as well as drainage of the pus . Please contact a dermatologist or surgeon who can examine you and prescribe the appropriate skin care products and treatments
