Acne scars. Skin is oily so plz help me!

At 22, you are at the peak age when acne can occur due to hormonal influences on your overactive oil glands. Do not squeeze or pick on your acne which will reduce the chance of residual spots and scarring. Use a foaming facewash meant for oily skin preferably one which contains salicylic acid. Avoid undue sunexposure which can darken the spots. Avoid using oil based creams or oil based makeup on the face. Avoid oiling your scalp. You will have to be assessed for the severity of your acne depending on which topical creams as well as oral antibacterials or retinoids may be prescribed by the dermatologist. This combined with chemical peels etc can help you in controlling your acne and the residual pigmentation to a great extent in the next couple of months. Good wishes.
