Acne scars. Is the matter with my skin?

Hello mam I'm syed here I'm in kerala but I have completed my studies,mam actually I was very handsome but in 10 th something happened that ruined my happiness I got only one pimple but I was much worried and used so many creams but after that I visited homeopathy clinic and it was fine but after few days I gone to men's parlour and did facial and pimple removal from needle but after than I got starting small holes and than I gone to unani,then allopathy then,homeopathy then allopathy but I was not satisfied at all then I came to u and I stopped it then I went to homeopathy mam I'm tired of all this stuff and I'm really confused and in depression plz help me get all of this I want to be as I was before plz mam help me once I come to Bangalore I will come and meet up u plz do it final what is the matter with my skin thank you.
