I have too many acnes on my face. i have tried anti biotics recommended by a doctor. however it is only effective as long as i take the meds. Need a permanent solutions and cannot take antibiotics permanently. Also I have been diagnosed with PCOD so this also has a hint of hormonal issue. Most of the pimples are concentrated in the chin and cheeks area. i have recently started using contraceptives (Femillon), however the pimples have been there longer than that.
I also get pimples on my back.

Greetings. Acne is a problem that can recur and needs to be tackled from time to time along with usage of maintenance creams . Here's what you can do : 1. See a qualified dermatologist 2. You'll need topical retinoid creams / bpo based creams. 3. Depending on severity a course of oral anti biotic medication or oral retinoids in unmarried women would be helpful - discuss with ur dr. 4. If you have scars - post acne scar treatment with lasers or Microneeedling rf or Microneeedling alone is advisable. 5. For spots you'll need skin lightening creams. Hope this helps
