Hello, Acne can be very frustrating problem, if not taken care well. Its important to follow anti acne skin care regime like salicylic acid based facial cleanser, avoiding oily skin creams, cosmetics. Better is to consult dermatologist in person , so that he/she can guide you regarding treatment according to your skin type

High sugar foods may worsen acne. So, that has to be restricted. Upto 150 ml milk products per day is fine. Please consult dermatologist for acne evaluation and management with creams, gels, face wash and tablets- as per severity.

Hi Your friend seems to be having adult acne.  This acne is usually due to changes in lifestyle like eating too much junk food and less exercise.  If the acne is large, recurring or leaving scars then it is necessary to meet a dermatologist who can examine the skin and prescribe the appropriate skin care products and treatments.  He may need oral retinol tablets for the significant improvement. Best regards DR Rasya Dixit
