Acne problem at nose took my medicine antibiotic anti allergy n lot more but no result i have oily skin plz help me out give me effective medicine

Apply honey at acne, before that slight steaming over the face, took some suggested medicine- Arogyavardhini vati 2tab twice daily Kaisor guggulu 2tab twice daily recomended for 1 weeks
