Acne pop up on face
Hello, my face is free of acne and clean but sometimes suddenly, a big acne pop up comes up on face. I take utmost care, don't touch it & even wash my face 3-4 times during the day but still it remains, leaving a very bad black mark on face. I use Himalaya face wash daily twice. Please suggest any creame / roll on who can immediately reduce the effect of such sudden acne pop up within hours. I used Garnier roll on last time but its useless.

Clean skin only twice a day with Spongysal face wash, rest of the times just with water. Apply Clindac gel to spots when they are just about to start, twice a day till they are gone.
