Acne pimples dark spots pores
I have pimples and Even acnce some have puse and some don't some pimples are big and painfull where else some are tiny.
I have very much dark sports on my face which doesn't look good.

Your problem seems grave and merely advising one cream is not the right treatment. You need to know though pimples are treatable, the black marks are very difficult.
