Acne on scalp and face
I have had acne on face since teenage. But since over a year, i have been having acne (with pus) on scalp and on face. This has also excessively increased dandruff and itching. The face acne makes lumps some of which have become permanent. Consulted a couple of doctors previously who prescribed isotroinin along with some anti-biotics. The symptoms go away while on these pills, but come back after stopping within a week.

I had a patient with the exact same complain on Practo. Giving the right antibiotic cocktail can help in such cases. Cyctic acne also respond to intra lesional steroid injections. Another option for cyctic acne is dapsone. Please contact me for further details.
