Acne on face (mainly cheeks)
I've been treated for severe acne one year ago. But it got cleared after taking medication. Now I've been facing red bumps again since past 15 days. I'm using Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser, taking Azithromycin 500mg tablets and using Benzoyl Peroxide as a topical medication, but there hasn't been much improvement. I don't want to use accutane.

Since you are self treating I cannot advice much. You should never take antibiotics like azithromycin on your own. In fact, no one is supposed to sell these without prescription. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination and treatment advice. Some people do get acne in adult life due to genetic reasons and oily skin.
