Acne on face and nose

Acne with pus on face and nose. Dark patches formed on nose after acne burst out. Please let me know how to get rid of the acne. Also let me know how to prevent it from reoccurring.

Acne vulgaris : The clinical approach depends on the grading of acne. According to your complaint it could be Grade 2 or 3. So topical antibiotic, topical retinoids, systemic antibiotics and if required systemic retinoids can be used. To treat complications like post acne pigmentation and scar, we can do chemical peels and LASER also.

Next Steps

Topical benzoyl peroxide with nadifloxacin (zinderm BN gel)on acne spots. Aziderm 20% cream to be applied on the dark spots and less in other areas and avoid around eyes and mouth. Use Minoz s foamy face wash & sunscreen in morning regularly. Meet Dermatologist for better evaluation
