Acne on Buttocks
Over last 3 months, I've started getting a lot of acne on my buttocks. They are not painful but red and some grow to become slightly painful. What should I do? And this is the first time I've got this problem. I do not get acne on my face also.

Hi. Greetings. Probably you have folliculitis or furunculosis. You'll need a course of oral antibiotics and probably decolonisation regime. Please see a dermatologist for confirmation and treatment on prescription. Hope this helps. Warm regards, Dr Govind Suresh Mittal.
