Acne breakout

I dont have big acne with yellow peek that generally people have but i get 5-6 small sand granule size white color pimple on skin when i get up in the morning. I don't understand its major cause. Some times i get acne too but major problem is this inflamation . What could be the problem or is there something i am eating wrong. I haven't noticed something in particular i eat that causes it.
