Acne beneath skin
I am having acne problem on my face. they are really not popping out and are beneath the skin upper layer creating a lump kind of. also there is dryness in-spite of moisturizing.

those could be sandpaper acne (comedones) ... they have collections trapped inside and need to be released for effective clearance... you can contact me so we can schedule an appointment as I practice in mumbai too....
