Acne and scars
Mam, im suffering from acne for like 1 year or somethingh . i have consulted many doctors for it (4-5) but it didnt gave me tht much good result and acne have spread very vastly they are in my chest ,face, and back. And in back area its very worse... So what do u suggest me mam
...?

Greetings. first of all you need to realise that acne is a chronic problem and it can keep recurring despite treatment. acne may need maintenance medication in the form of creams for a long time and also you need to keep a check on your diet and Lifestyle habits as well as maintain good fitness workouts on a day to day basis. you will need topical retinoids based treatment as well as salicylic acid based face wash. for scars you may require procedural treatments like microneedling and fractional laser. please see a qualified Dermatologist and follow up with him regularly. if the acne are big and painful and leaving behind bad scars oral retinoids treatment is warranted. hope this helps
