Acne and hair loss. Day. pls suggest.

First problem is these acnes. I've acnes since I was 17. It's been a quite long time now.. I still keep gettting it. They are like guests who keep coming often. I've taken medications previously and it vanishes only for temporary time, as soon as I stop the medication it pops out in a month. some said it could be because of heat other said it could be because of blood me kuch pbm hoga, done all the tests and all normal. I really don't get it what the actual pbm is. And the worst part is it leaves marks, pores and pigment on my face. It has become worse. Need a permanent solution to this. Secondly I've got hair loss pbm, initially I thought I'm just losing hair from forehead, but the recent past I've realized I'm also losing it from middle. My forehead is just getting bigger and bigger, it's a hereditary from maternal side. Consulted doctors of arht, richfeel,etc who said no medications will work, only transplant. I'm losing more hair with every passing day. Pls suggest.
