Acne all over the face
I have little oily and little dry skin and huge acne over the face. I wont mind if you please recommend some homeopathy medicines to get rid of this completely.

Acne is a localized inflammation that occurs on the skin surface as a result of over activity of the oil glands at the base of hair follicles.Common causes for Acne is hormonal changes,stress,dandruff,hereditary,use of heavy cosmetics on face and use of steroids (Please check causes in your case if any).Homeopathic medicine such as arnica 30,kali brom 30,Natrum Mur 6X can be taken for relief.

Start with Homoeopathic medicines:-- Sulphur 1M. 3 powders - 3 months. Take powder at night once a month. Repeat for 3 months. Keep powder on tongue and swallow. And.. Kali brom 30. 4 pills - 3 times everyday - 3 months. Chew pills. Take medicine as advised.

You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation.
