Acne alike on my chest area and shoulder
I Have some marks on my chest and shoulder which looks like acne but they never settle.They are for now 2 years as it is.It is not wart but some other problem.

Since it's a skin related issue, it will not be good to comment on without seeing and examining.
I would suggest you get it checked out by a dermatologist in person for further evaluation and management.
