Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You need to make some diet changes also. Instead of having three huge meals, have 5 smaller meals a day.  Drink plenty of water.  Avoid oily and spicy foods.  40 minutes walking everyday. Tab. Pantakind once a day half an hour before food for 10 days. Avoid smoking/alcohol/tea/coffee and other carbonated beverages.  Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.

Hello... Gastritis is the most commonly seen problem these days .. Medicines can only give temporary relief.. Strict diet and lifestyle change can bring gastritis under control. Take curdrice ,drink plenty of water , have frequent small meals instead of large regular meals.Sleep 2-3 hours after having dinner . Avoid spicy, hot ,high protein containing foods like fish
