I can understand your concern.
You need to make some diet changes also.
Instead of having three huge meals, have 5 smaller meals a day.
Drink plenty of water.
Avoid oily and spicy foods.
40 minutes walking everyday.
Tab. Pantakind once a day half an hour before food for 10 days. Avoid smoking/alcohol/tea/coffee and other carbonated beverages.
