Acidity pain and mucus in stool

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I am pregnant in end of first trimester. Recently, I am experiencing mild acidity with pain and mucus in stool. I feel to visit toilet frequently but only mucus with little stool is observed.Pls suggest what medications should be taken in this case.
