Acidity issue
Suffering from acidity frm last 5,6 days, not able to pass stool.. need to put efforts while excreting .. Symptoms -stomach ache, stomach burn, kind of feeling pain in stomach while breathing. It happens mostly in night. What to do its very painful

Hello there. here are a few things that you can do, 1. drink lots of water. 2. have a high protein and high finer diet. 3. avoid oily and spicy foods. 4. avoid smoking, alcohol, tea coffee and other carbonated beverages. 5. avoid eating heavy in the night and let there be atlas 3 hours gap after dinner before you go to bed. 6. tab. rantac od 300 once a day half an hour before food for 5 days. best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain

Hi....., Eat smaller, more-frequent meals. If you experience frequent indigestion, try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can.... Avoid irritating foods. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty.... .Avoid alcohol..... Eat smaller meals. Avoid overeating by eating smaller meals. Don't lie down after a meal. Wait at least three hours after eating before lying down or going to bed.....Consult Physician....
