Acidity and indigestion
I have acidity at bed time and in morning but not hyperacidity. My stomach become tight and full of gas.I have to take gas medicine in morning and at bed time . which is good. aciloc( ranitidine)300mg or pantocid40 .which is best both at bed time and in morning.

First thing is lifestyle changes is a must. 2hrl meals, 20 mins walking, duration of 2 hrs between dinner and sleep

take pan40 in morning before meals and ranitidine 300 at night not more than 7 days
Health Tips
if not taken good care of health will further result in reflux, upper GI scopy can be done
