Acidity and headache
I have gone through laproscopic surgery on 23july. Now I am having gas problem and headache . What to eat now to get rid of gas

Please clarify the surgery which you underwent. I think it was Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy.
Avoid fatty meal, have plenty of oral fluids, avoid being empty stomach.
Have Cap. Pantokind-DSR in the morning before breakfast daily.
