Acid reflux problem
Hi, I tested covid positive, now I am in covid care centre, i feel like I have acid reflux, always my chest burns sometimes my upper body burns too, temperature is Normal, i always feel like vomitted but doesn't comes out, sometimes i vomit frothy kind of liquid, even i lost appetite and doesn't even feel like having water. please suggest what needs to be done

Hi , you can take Cap SOMPRAZ L 40mg (1-0-1) half an hour before meal x 7 days
TAB. STEMETIL 0.5 MG (1-0-1) HALF AN HOUR BEFORE MEAL x 5 days
Syp. APTIVATE 10 ml one hour before meal x 3 times a day.
Syp. POLYBION SF 10 ML 2 TIMES A DAY.
ENSURE POWDER 3 SCOOPS IN ONE GLASS OF LUKE WARM WATER X 2 TIMES PER DAY.
