are you saying after stopping pan masala you are facing these issues ?
if so you are right on track. don't worry. all your reports are normal.
1. take good amount of water with food for easy digestion.
2. avoid masala food
3. take food on time
4. avoid stress physical or mental
5. while brushing dont try to take out gastric juices by vomiting voluntarily.
6. for dermatitis use some mild soap , moisturizer, and two times bath daily.
be happy and dont think too much everything will settle. followup with your doctor every 6 months.
