Acid reflux in first trimester
Hi doctor , I'm having bile reflux that is yellow fluid threw out every morning and sometimes in the middle of the day too . I'm presently in gestation by 10 weeks I urinate while vomiting and also saliva produces more thus feels spitting . I'm not able to have any water it immediately throws out . I have tried doxinate, emiset and gasivion medicines too but still nausea continues and I'm tired of vomiting many times in a day hardly I'm able to have any food . Please guide me the best medicine and safe to use in pregnancy and is there anything serious
