Acid reflux, Burning

I have severe burning sensation and acid reflux after having food. I am on a healthy diet and I avoid oil fried, spicy and hard to digest food. Yet the problem persist. Four years back an endoscopy revealed H Pylori and I took medication. I consulted my Doctor recently and he prescribed Pantocid. After a course of medication I felt fine for few days and now the problem is back again. Please advice. Thanks in advance.

Take tab esmoprezole for 15 days...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid Stress as it may make your gastritis symptoms worse...consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..take over the counter medications with above..consult physician if symptoms persists.
