It started 2 nights ago my arms started to ache and now I just woke up with sharp achy pain in my chest. Is this muscle?

Pain in arm could be muscular due to abnormal sleeping position ! If pain in chest persists kindly get it checked through GP and get n ECG done ...young age pain in chest could be just due to indigestion ( acidity ) .. check ur diet too !!
