Accutane- cystic acne

Asked for Female, 18 Years

My dermatologist told me to keep taking accutane but I've been having neck pain with fevers and don't know if it's caused by my brain or not. Since a possible side effect of accutane is swelling of the brain should I just hold off until I find out what's causing the pain and fevers?
