Accidentally took diabetic Protein
Sir/ma'am
I accidentally took my father's daibetic protein powder in milk today evening. I am non diabetic but my father is diabetic with Hba1c 7.2. Will this affect my diabetis? Should I rush to emergency? I am really worried pls help.

There is nothing to worry .
These diabetics powders are nothing but proteins ( amino acids ). They don’t have any diabetes medications in them .
