Accidental fall and severe hallucination
My Grandmother is a 101+ years old lady. She was perfectly okay. But she has problems like asthama, gland problem etc. Suddenly after a accidental fall, she breaks her left hand and she had a mild injury on her head. After CT scan doctor said that there is no major abnormalities due to fall. But from next day evening she started behaving abnormally and had severe hallucination like a boy or girl is standing infornt of her and listening some sounds which is not there. And from night she started crying and hallucinating her past days with present senario. She can't even close her eyes for a whole day. Sometimes she cryed sometimes can't even recognize us. Her sodium potassium level is -sodium (Na+): 137.10mmol/L and potassium level: 4.23 mmol/L. Blood hemoglobin : 8.0 Gm. Plasma sugar random:145.0 mg/dl. Her CT scan report is like that : Permanent supratentorial ventricular system cisterns and soci.- Moderate diffuse cerebral atrophy. small vessel white matter ischemic changes.
