Accident black spots

Hello Doctor, I faced a bike accident before 2 years ago . In that accident my face is injured some areas black spots are still alive. I consult so many doctors but there is no use. And I applied chemical peel (glycolic acid peel) also but there is no use . Please suggest me what is the best treatment for those black scars. Thanks

Hi.... For these scars you can use cocoa butter or vitamin E creams. Topical treatments with acids and chemical peels can be effective but can take a while for the skin to totally revert to its normal color. Microdermabrasion can also be done, but this might require several sessions. Skin resurfacing using lasers is also an option. ... Consult Dermatologist. They will do the needful....
