Acanthosis nigricans

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I am 22 year old female. I am fat. And have acanthosis Nigricans. I know if I'll lose weight the pigmentation in my skin will start fading. But I want a solution that is much more rapid. I have important events to attend in a month and this pigmentations are quite embarrassing. I need some bleaching cream/gel or some laser surgery that could help me with the same. Please help. Thanks.
