About vitiligo
I observed a macule on my back which is about 5mm...am worried is that an early symptom of vitiligo..am very strssed aboutthis matter pls help...

Greetings. Don't worry. Such small depigmented macules can occur here or there in many people as they age mostly in areas like back, abdomen, legs... this is probably idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis and essentially harmless. If you develop larger ones or if this is growing in size- vitiligo may be considered. In any case see a qualified dermatologist near you. Warm regards
