About the redness of eye and itching

Asked for Male, 18 Years

Their is some itching problem in my right eye and also little redness ,I feel it is something like small dust but it did not so when I check and I have used betnosol eye drops 2 ,3 days but it cure little redness .I again feel uncomfortable and their is left little redness ,the eye drops I use did not cure total redness .please give me best medication sir...

steroids should not be used without medical advice. please give cold compresses and use antallergic eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. olopatadine.
