About sysfol activ tablet
My doctor has recommended sysfol activ tablet till conception. I have also taken pregcare tablet for 3 months already. I want to know the difference between these two. How long should i take this sysfol .

Folic acid prophylactic treatment may help to conceive that's your sysfol.
Multi vitamin tablet is also helpful but usually we try to cover at least folic acid, Vitamin B12, and Vitamin D3.
According to me sysfol with methylcobalamine combination is sufficient.
But your doctor knows your profile well so he can suggest what's best for you.
