About sexual intercourse
I am married woman for 3 yrs with love marriage. From past few months have started facing problem while have sexual intercourse with husband. I feel tremendous and unbearable pain in my vagina while and after having act which is completely newly observed by me in last few months which wasn't there previously.

Hey, An infection in your genital area or urinary tract can cause painful intercourse. Eczema or other skin problems in your genital area also can be the problem.
endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, uterine prolapse, retroverted uterus, uterine fibroids, are some of medical causes ,so if you have some other symptoms along with this you must consult gynaecologist
Psychological problems. Anxiety, depression, concerns about your physical appearance, fear of intimacy or relationship problems can contribute to a low level of arousal and a resulting discomfort or pain.
Stress. Your pelvic floor muscles tend to tighten in response to stress in your life. This can contribute to pain during intercourse.
