About pregnancy. Pill. is it safe.

Sir I had sex with my gf on 11 nov...n I gave her unwanted on next day.....bt we did it again on 17th Nov.....but I inserted only once then ejected......my sperm fell outside....then after some time I again inserted....this time only 2 time inserted...then ejected n ejeculated outside..she had her periods on 4th Nov to 9 Nov...after taking unwanted..she had bleeding from her private part on 17th Nov...she tested with preganews on 6th Dec...the test was negative...but we are still scared....she's having frequent urination...pain in her back sometime....sometime in her stomach.....n she's also didn't get her periods on the due date......sir/mam what to do please tell me......should she take abortion pill....is it safe.....plzzz tell....
