Unless you tell us the date of your period before having sex and if your cycle is regular only we will have some insight and can make a approximate diagnosis. I would suggest you take another home pregnancy test or a hcg test for pregnancy and see the result the further course of action can be decided based on that. I urge you to practice safe sex as you can prevent unwanted pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections which is rampant in India today.
Next Steps
Take another home pregnancy test with first urine sample in the morning after waking up
Health Tips
Do not have unprotected sex

But if you have not yet missed ur period wait for it. You you arent pregnant you will get menses ir do a urine pregnancy test on day of missed period
