About Period. What should we do now?

Me nd my gf do genital rubbing on 18 jan 2019. Her period was irregular, everytime she get late period approx 7-8 days. She is 17 nd half years old. Last date of her period was 31 dec 2018. During genital rubbing, I was in underwear of combbed cotton material nd she was nude. After sometime i ejaculate in underwear nd suddenly i went to washroom to flush it bt before that some semen comes out in underwear at inside part so I cleaned my penis with water nd after few minutes i check her main part there was something of white color liquid. So we worried about it. Today date is 9 Feb 2019 but she doesn't get period so I worried that our pleasure doesn't convert into problem. She get white nd black discharge in regular form nd also have pain sometime which she get before period. What should we do now? Please help us.
