Sir .. i have a muscle pain ,leg pain ,weekness sometimes left side chest painng. vein also having a pain .. (like kulavat) thaty i feel .. like sometym dead ! is this lack of homegolbin ?

Yes it can be due to low hemoglobin called as Anaemia. Get ur hemoglobin checked and upload reports on www.skymedical.in
