Is hiv p24antigen and hiv antibody test accurate after 99 days I didn't have any sex exposure I jst came across hiv blood in water I did p24antigen +hiv antibody test after 99 days negative I was suffering from typhoid fever and my spleen was enlarged can it effect the hiv result plz tell m so worried

HIV virus can not survive outside human body after 8 minutes. It can not survive in water. As you are not exposed you don't need to worry about.
Organomegaly is common in Typhoid.
Just relax and don't waste your time and energy for HIV. You are free from it.
No further test is required.
