About HIV PCR RNA qualitative test

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I did sex with sexworker with protection but my finger had small wound I did not entered the finger in her vagina but I had doubt...So that I did test HIV PCR RNA test qualitative and Quantitative from THYROCARE... Both are negative...On 23 RD day after the exposure...After some days On 30 th day I had two mouth ulcer on at base of gum..Which was gone now...But My tongue tip is red now...Are they symptoms of Hiv or Other something???
