About high blood pressure
I am 25 yrs old man. My height is 158cm and weight is 72kg.I have blood pressure 150/100 mmHg and pulse rate is 88 permin. Is it compulsory to take medicine? Or can I cure it naturally by proper diet and exercise? If I don't take medicine and exercise regularly then what will happen?

Keep your BP record .do some tests like Fasting lipid profile ,tft,rft,fbs and ppbs.salt restriction ,avoid fatty and Junk  foods .lifestyle modifications and weight reduction is required .In spite of everything if BP is not controlled then medicines has to be taken.
