I have triglycride212. I have chest pressure,hyperventilation,palpitation.tgese symtoms comea and goes itself. I have done ecg and holter test both are normal.plzz tell me what should i do

Your triglycerides are high..you need to alter your diet intake and start off with regular exercise schedules...well sometimes the symptoms you are mentioning might be due to anemia too..so I suggest you to check your haemoglobin levels and consult a physician
